    At Flowers n' GiftShop Phils., we are committed to delivering the freshest flowers and the highest quality products to our customers. However, please note the following disclaimers:

    Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. Flowers, containers, or colors may be substituted due to regional availability.

    Delivery Attempts: We strive to ensure all deliveries are made on the requested date. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will make two delivery attempts to deliver the arrangement. If, on the second attempt, delivery still fails due to the absence of the recipient at the given address, we will have to consider the order as fulfilled as we cannot hold the flowers for too long due to their perishable nature.

    However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

    Flower Freshness: We guarantee your satisfaction with the freshness of our flowers. If, in the unlikely case, you are not satisfied with the freshness of your order or the condition of any of our items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the delivered item, and we will gladly replace it.

    Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable items such as chocolates and other gifts, please ensure you review the items upon delivery. We are unable to process returns or refunds for these items once they have been accepted. However, should there be any damage to the item upon delivery, please report it immediately.     Handling of Melted Chocolate: Due to the local temperature in the Philippines, chocolates may melt during delivery. To restore them to their original form, we advise recipients to place the chocolate in the chiller upon receipt. This will help the chocolate regain its consistency. Please note that replacement of melted chocolate will not be possible.

    Damage Due to Multiple Delivery Attempts: In cases where multiple delivery attempts are required, some items, particularly delicate flowers like tulips, may suffer damage. We will do our best to replace damaged items, but additional charges may apply for replacements.
